What a busy 3 months we've had!

Dyllan is now more involved in various activities, every Tuesday he attends "Wee Little Ones" which is a preschool based program from 9:00am to 12:00pm. He learns new things, does a craft, has snack and plays with friends while Mommy gets a little time to herself! Every Wednesday, Dyllan and Mommy attends a MOPS  (Mothers Of Pre Schoolers) program from 9:00am to 11:30am.

Dyllan can now pedal his tricycle!  Pedaling around a chalk drawn track in our cul-de-sac. He loves to run, climb, jump, chase his shadow, sing and dance to swing music, often engaging us in his new dance moves.

Dyllan has discovered "celery" and still loves frozen waffles, carrots and special fruit snack treat reserved for pre-school or MOPS days only.

Dyllan's signing has improved greatly over the last three months! He know the whole alphabet in sign. We encourage him to say the letter as he signs it for a word. Often he holds up a item and asks what does this start with. Other times in the car he'll see something, and ask what letter it starts with. He know his name starts with the letter D and practically thinks he owns the letter where he might see it. Right now we are starting the process of writing which is both exciting and frustration for our little guy.

With the advanced signing also comes new ways to maneuver his fingers to sign or count. So when he uses his middle finger to show us the #1, we tell him it's great! but also encourage him to use his pointy finger or pinkie instead. Sometimes we can't control the laughter on his innocent mistakes.

The Holidays are fast approaching and we have 2 busy months planned ahead of us, but we are looking forward to sharing with you more about Dyllan after the new year!
